GPTReview: How was Leprechaun's Loot first founded? What inspired you two to make the site?

Tabby: After being the member of a couple sites Mandy and I started talking about the way we were treated... So we decided to open one together, to make it easier on us and be sure that there was someone around almost 24/7 because we really wanted our site to be run well.  We wanted it to be somewhere that the members enjoyed and knew that their issues would be handled properly and that they would be treated right. After mulling the thought around for a bit we decided to take the plunge...my husband came up with the name and the rest is history.

GPTReview: What do you think makes your site stand out?

Tabby: Definitely the customer service. We want the members to know that we are there for them, that we always fight for what they want.  We try to answer all inquiries whether it be by IM, email, trouble ticket, or the forums as fast as humanly possible.

Mandy: We are definitely here for the members, I also want it to be a fun site where everyone gets to know one another like a family atmosphere.  Everyone should feel 100% comfortable when coming to our site, and not feel like they are there just to complete offers.

Tabby: We WANT to get to know our members.

GPTReview: What do you feel is your site's biggest challenge? What obstacles do you see yourselves having to overcome?

Mandy: Right now I think that it is just getting the members in there, and getting them to trust that we are for real and we will not rip them off, but that will be easy to prove.

Tabby: So far I think the biggest challenge has just been getting out there, letting everyone know we're here.  And not just that we are here, but we're here for them.  Especially with recent events in the GPT industry. It's something every site has to deal with and we know that, we are just determined to do our best to fight it.

GPTReview: Yes - the fraud has gotten to be rather prevalent. It's a BIG hot topic now for every site owner. In fact...
Has the GPT fraud crisis affected your site yet? And if so....how badly?

Mandy: Luckily we haven't had any issues with fraud as far as our members go.

Tabby: It really hasn't taken a huge toll on us yet.  We are members of both fraud Busters and the GPT Owner's Alliance, we have had a couple try to join but we caught them before they could do anything.  But like I said, so far, we have been pretty lucky in that area.

GPTReview: Phew! I'm glad to hear your site hasn't been affected yet - but I'm sure you guys are keeping a close eye out for suspicious activity!

Mandy: Absolutely.
Tabby: Definitely.

GPTReview: What makes you the most proud about your site?

Tabby: Again, it's gotta be the service...We are very dedicated to our members and their wants and needs.

Mandy: I agree with Tabs on the service, 100% dedicated to our members.

GPTReview: Can we hear a little bit about the two of you?

Mandy: I am 28 years old, married with 4 children, that do keep me very busy, but I have my computer set up in a place where I can dedicate myself to the site and be with them. I also have all day while they are in school.

Tabby: I am a 22 year old stay at home wife.  My babies are my 2 Chihuahuas!  I absolutely adore them.  I'm originally from Kansas, we moved here to Minnesota about 2 years ago when my husband realized there were much better paying jobs out here.

GPTReview: How did you two meet?

Mandy: We actually met online, lol.
Tabby: We actually met online.

Mandy: We used to play in a gaming league on pogo games together.

Tabby: After leaving that league we decided to open up a league together, it is still running strong a year and half later...so we already knew we worked well together before going into LeprechaunsLoot.

GPTReview: I want to thank you both so much for taking the time to do this interview. It was a lot of fun chatting with the two of you. In conclusion...do you have any words of wisdom for our readers and GPTers out there?

Tabby: Play by the rules!!  Those that play by the rules always make out WAY better than those that don't...Those that don't will always eventually be caught. :)

 Mandy: Try to have fun while you are working, always ask any questions that you may have, because there is always someone out there that will give you the answer.
